According to Alicia Stella of Orlando Park Stop, she heard “they want to bring the PeopleMover back, I’m not even kidding.”. Stella shared the rumor on her Patron podcast Park Stop Premium. WebMay 27, 2014 · The PeopleMover ride itself was removed to make way for Rocket Rods, which used the PeopleMover track. I can see Disney trying to re-use the People Mover/Rocket Rods track and space for something, but I doubt it would be to just bring back a ride that they took out in the first place.

WebAs someone said, Tony Baxter proclaimed a while back that the PeopleMover will not be coming back due to new safety guidelines. I believe that they are waiting for the ever-speculated Tomorrowland refurb to completely remove the track, since it would involve some of the buildings for periods of time.
