I bought a jailbroken 3DS and installed a 3D viewer cia, which plays .moflex files. Then, I signed up for a 3ds developer account (which takes 5 seconds) and downloaded a converter from their portal which converts mkv to moflex. Then I popped in my ripped sbs 3D files, dragged them onto my SD card, and wa-lah!
